After working with Peter through his one-to-one ShinKaizen programme, I invited him to come to Ireland and spend a week with us in our business. Peter ran a two-day workshop with our management team. He helped us identify where we were losing time and where the biggest opportunities for improvement were. We then turned those findings into actions and set up a simple system to track progress and keep the work visible. The workshop was practical, targeted and well received by all the team. Peter took the time to understand how our business operates before giving us any advice. This meant the discussions stayed relevant to the problems we were facing. During the week, Peter also worked with me one-to-one on my leadership skills. Those conversations gave me the space to step back from the daily demands of the business and look more honestly at how I was leading the team. By the end of the week, we had a clearer view of what needed attention and a better way of managing the improvements. Peter’s support helped us prepare the business for its next stage of growth.

Working with Peter Weiss has had a meaningful impact on how I think about leadership, improvement, and my own development. His Kaizen Leadership Equation, especially its balance of Continuous Improvement and Respect for People, strongly influenced how I’ve approached my own work in Human Factors and Lean. It helped me see more clearly that improving systems isn’t just about tools or outcomes, but about how we engage and support the people doing the work. Through his ShinKaizen program, I learned practical inner skills that I now use every day – how to pause, listen internally, and create space to process before responding. That shift alone has helped me become more focused, more deliberate in my decisions, and more confident in trusting my own judgment. The program itself is demanding in the best way. Peter has a way of pushing you beyond your comfort zone while still creating a supportive environment to grow. Between the daily ShinKaizen sessions, thoughtful guidance, and his responsiveness outside of sessions, you never feel like you’re going through it alone. What stands out most is that his approach doesn’t stop at ideas or awareness. The tools and practices are simple, practical, and immediately usable. They help turn awareness into action, and action into lasting change. Peter brings a rare combination of thoughtfulness, kindness, and challenge. He shares generously, but never passively. You leave conversations with him thinking differently, and acting differently. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from him.

Peter is one of my mindfulness practice mentors. He has built an excellent program, ShinKaizen, to help leaders experience the benefits of mindfulness even with their busy schedules. He knows the pressure leaders face because he has been in that position himself. Peter is an excellent teacher: direct, clear, and straightforward, with no fluff, no bluff, and no BS. I recommend his courses if you are a busy leader committed to change, ready to stay disciplined, and looking for a good teacher who has walked the path himself.

I highly recommend Peter for his ability to transform leadership from the inside out. He has helped me immensely through his methodology, showing me that he is not only an expert but also a truly great person. Peter doesn’t just teach you how to optimize systems; he teaches you how to optimize the human being running them, allowing high-stakes leaders to regain control, find calm, and, above all, achieve real impact

Until October 2025 I never knew what it really takes to be the kind of a person who shines in every situation whether good or bad. Peter Weis first showed me that not only is it possible but also that with the right training and consistent practice one can handle any situation well. So I committed to three months of training and continued practice after that, as of this moment I have de-escalated most conflicts that came my way. This is something that I would recommend to anyone and even at any age by the way.

I had an incredible experience with the program. I reached states of awareness beyond anything I have ever experienced previously in meditation, hypnosis or ayahuasca. I came face to face with shadow aspects of myself and uncovered unconscious patterns of behaviour going right back to childhood. After doing the program I am finally facing long-held fears and overcoming the procrastination that has held me back for years. I am less reactive, more compassionate and I truly understand the value of service for the first time. Peter is a brilliant teacher – patient, supportive and extremely diligent. I am very thankful for this experience.

I attended Peter’s ShinKaizen program and can say it clearly changed my life. Through the structured, guided and step-by-step approach I was able to learn and create a daily mediation practice for myself, which helps me to reduce overall stress levels, whilst being more present and aware. I can absolutely recommend Peter’s program!

Prior to with Peter, I felt the need to develop two aspects of my leadership: greater compassion in how I worked with people, and greater assertiveness in setting expectations and driving performance. I joined Peter’s one-to-one ShinKaizen programme to work on these areas. The programme was demanding and required a daily commitment, but it was also highly practical. Rather than treating personal development as something separate from work and daily life, Peter helped me integrate the practices into the situations I was dealing with as a business owner. The experience has made me more aware of how I respond under pressure and more deliberate in how I lead. I feel more confident now to challenge my team to solve problems, take responsibility and make continuous improvements, whilst treating people with understanding and respect. What I particularly valued was Peter’s ongoing support. The work did not end with the individual sessions. His community provides a place to continue practising, learning and exchanging experiences with others facing similar leadership challenges. I would highly recommend ShinKaizen to business owners and leaders who are prepared to engage in self-reflection and to work seriously on themselves, not only on their business.

ShinKaizen is an experience like no other, it helped me to find calm in a way I could never have imagined. I gained perspective and knowledge of how to read and stay connected to my mind and emotions especially in times of stress. Just as important I have the benefit of passing on nuggets of information to my Children who live in a virtual and disconnected world that we Humans are not accustomed. Like everything in life if you commit and invest the time the rewards will be with you forever.

ShinKaizen gave me a great help during troubled months: the ability to cool down and deal with difficult people. On top of this, it taught me to stay focused on the moment; this is very difficult to apply to daily life, but at least now I’m more conscious when I’m distracted and I try to bring my mind back to the job, avoiding distractions. It’s a path that I feel I’ve just started, but I continuous practicing meditation and to improve consciousness.

I found ShinKaizen a very practical and effective mindfulness course. Compared to others I have come across (MBSR, MBCT) I feel ShinKaizen is more like a precision surgical instrument rather than a massage. If you need a challenge to thrive this course is worth considering. I found it particularly beneficial to stay level headed in everyday life.

I attended the ShinKaizen course with Peter Weiss as teacher, all made online with an easy and practical way of communication. Peter is very capable and supportive and he facilitates the course in a way that everything soon become a pleasant journey.

I attend the ShinKaizen program in a period of my life in which a lot of radical changes has happened or were going to happen, I have soon recognized benefit in my capacity to keep calm and focus, with an awareness of my feeling and emotions that I have never experienced before. I attended the ShinKaizen course with Peter Weiss as teacher, was all online, well organized and easy to access and it was a great opportunity to dedicate time to myself.

Excellent introduction to mindfulness. Provided me with a set of techniques to apply and build a more observed and enriching life.

I am impressed about the program. How it can support busy managers. Improve sleep.

I found the 10 week program with Peter extremely valuable. It was hard for the first few weeks because it takes a lot of willpower and discipline but I enjoyed very much each session that brought new themes and learning each time. The meditation activities were varied and offered different perspectives which I appreciated. I found the slides very eye opening, offering scientific research and data driven compelling arguments as to WHY we need to meditate everyday twice. After the course, I felt very clear both in my mind and in my body. I continued to sit twice a day and I subsequently stopped drinking and I adopted a pure plant-based diet, as part of continuing the Vipassana spirit as well and apply its principles.

I have received many compliments in my life. However, after I started the program someone admired my serenity and endurance. That was absolutely new to me.

Through the program, I found what I had been searching for for a long time. I feel more balanced and centered, and I’m now walking a more conscious path—for myself and those around me. I’m grateful and happy about this development.

Before working with Peter, I thought emotional intelligence was something you either had or didn’t. ShinKaizen completely changed that for me. Over three months of training (and now four months of consistent practice), Peter taught me how to notice emotional triggers "as they form in the body" as in the early signals of reactions like anger and how to pause long enough to choose a response instead of reacting automatically. That single shift has been life-changing. Since learning ShinKaizen, I’ve stopped seven conflicts before they even started. Situations that would previously spiral into arguments now dissolve before they take shape. And when conflict does happen, I recover faster, often within the same day instead of carrying it for days or weeks like I used to. What makes this practice powerful is that it’s not theoretical. It’s a daily discipline, like training a muscle. When I practice, I stay grounded, clear, and intentional. When I don’t, I feel the difference immediately. Peter didn’t just teach me a concept, he gave me a skill I actively maintain, and one that keeps paying dividends in my relationships, decisions, and peace of mind. This is the most valuable skill I’ve learned so far in my life. I’m deeply grateful to Peter for teaching it with patience, clarity, and real embodiment. If someone wants genuine emotional intelligence, not just ideas about it, but a lived practice then ShinKaizen with Peter is it.

The ShinKaizen provided the opportunity to slow down, assess and process feelings and emotions and implement strategies for navigating the fast pace of life. I highly recommend investing the time and effort into the ShinKaizen which will provide the tools required to get perspective and understanding how and why we think and feel.

A unique opportunity to re-discover Yourself and the taste of Life.

This is one of a unique kind of Program which not only teaches you about the concept of mindfulness but also shared how to apply it in your personal, professional and everyday life and situations. I would highly recommend this course for all.

The program helped me to learn meditation and enter a state of “inner peace” during sessions.

During the program, I learned how to meditate – despite having zero prior experience. It’s been a great addition to my life, and I’m glad and grateful that I started it. I’ve noticed that I’ve become more internally calm and I handle stressful situations more easily. Peter has a great way about him – he’s competent, personal, warm, and he knows what he’s talking about. Tirelessly, he’s always motivated me, shown interest in my questions and progress, and has spent a lot of time with me. Clear recommendation from me! This program has positively changed my life.
